Back On!

Here's the head, back on top of the engine. It's much cleaner, now. I used a new Toyota OEM head gasket, not a metal one, but I also used ARP head studs, which are torqued down to 90 ft-lbs. That ought to hold much better than the factory torque spec of 56 ft-lbs, which is woefully inadequate.

The head was only milled a couple of thousands, pretty insignifigant, overall. The valves were ground, and so the shims were all readjusted back into spec as well. I have the fuel rail, upper intake and exhaust manifolds all back on, but I didn't have my camera ready at the time!
