I had a rather nice system in the car, comprising an Alpine head unit, and a pair of
Alpine amplifiers, an MRV-F400 and MRV-F300. The car was broken into in the fall of
2007, and everything got stolen.So, it's time to rebuild. Nothing definite in the car yet. I've replaced the head unit, however I have not yet replaced the amp rack. I want to build something a bit more theft-proof first before putting in a lot of money's worth of gear into the back of the car. I also want to upgrade the alarm system. This event has proved to me that there were some weak spots in the alarm system. I intend to rectify that situation. |
